CLIENT LETTER

"Morgan was 11 weeks old when class began. We were anxious parents bringing her to the first class. Mostly because I didn't want my dog to be the only one who didn't come when called, barked for no apparent reason, chewed on everything and everyone and jumped up on everyone. When you introduced yourself in the first class...your experience and love of dogs was immediately evident. You came around to everyone, petted each dog in turn, and asked what each parent had hoped to get from the class.

Needless to say, you helped us achieve our training goals. Over the next seven weeks, Morgan became a completely different dog. You did not spend time in class training our dog, but rather, teaching US how to train our dog.

In eight weeks we learned the methods to train Morgan to come, sit, stay, lie down and stop jumping. The training worked - both in class and at home. We loved the class because each week we could show off the week's training progress, get some pointers on our methods and work on the next training goal. Morgan loved class because she got our full attention and lots of treats for an hour. Of course, she also loved the socializing time with the other puppies at the end of class!

All in all, Morgan would not be the puppy she is without your patience and guidance. Each week, you made us feel that Morgan was a wonderful puppy and was going to be an amazing dog, even when we were not so sure... Morgan is seven months old now and has become the amazing dog you saw in her as a puppy. Thank you so much for your patience and gentle style with Morgan, and with us."
